   The Council of Angels
Active for many years and in many Ministerial forms, the Council of Angels was finally Incorporated in 2004 as a Massachusetts Chapter 180 non-profit corporation.

   Reverend Minister Joseph A. Walsh NP Esquire
Having been gifted with teachings of loving touch by his own Mother, a Healer, his first books as a child were the Bible, a double set of Encyclopedias, The Volume Library of Science and the Volume Dictionary. Subsequent pertinent readings have included many different versions and editions of the Holy Bible; The Egyptian Book of the Dead; The Tibetan Book of the Dead; The Koran; The Talmud; et al. Recognized as being Blessed with the Gifts of Healings by charismatic Catholic Priest circa 1980s, having been Blessed with the Gifts of the Holy Spirit as GOD has Willed it to be, Reverend Walsh has served mainly poor populations in many locations throughout his life. Disabled as a young adult, Rev. Walsh rehabilitated to Earning a  Paralegal Certificate and a University Degree in Law and Human Services in 1999. Reverend Walsh is Ordained as a Reverend Interfaith Minister and Commissioned as a Lay Minister in various Religions, having Served in the Catholic Church, the Baptist Church, the Church of Christ and many non incorporated Ministries. Known to friends as Reverend Angel, or just plain ol' Angel, to flock and friends, Rev. Angel is a veteran of many hard fought advocacy battles. Concerning the many various Boards and Committees Angel has been Member of: State, Local, and private, Angel has held most all positions at one time or another: President; Chairman; Secretary; Editor; and Publisher, both Elected and Ex Officio. Angel has created several clubs, organizations and Websites, as well as a Notary Public to his community. Presiding at, and providing all Ministerial Services and Functions including Solemnizing of Marriages at Weddings, regardless of Ethnicity, Race, Religion, Gender, or Sexual Orientation, etc.
